Maybe someone here could point me in the right direction.  Eons ago when I was a kid.  I was into glider & rubber band type planes made of "stick & paper" or just balsa.  Not one of those "stick & paper"(s) with a gazillion pieces, but rather 5 0r 6 pieces.  I have been looking for some plans so I could get my grandson interestedUndecided.  Any help here would be GREATLY appreciated.

An absolutely fantastic new site for down to earth modelers who don't care about nitpicking every tiny detail.  Great to see reviews on tools, airbrushes, and paints as well as books and models.

I will return often and make it a point to do business with the sponsors.

Hi Jim

How do you become a memeber ..could not find a link.

As you know I am into plastics full time now and would love to contribute.

Have just completed USSCole from Trumpeter and the Academy Tiger I showing all the interior detail. Have 2 more commissions to complete arriving next week.

Best of luck with this site.  Kind regards Les.

Congrats, on your new scale modeling site. I am an old timer have been building models since 1947. I remember building Seedy Built models. My first was a Grumman F6F Hellcat with machined balsa wood wings and stick and paper fuselage. I use to paint them with dope and talcum powder to give them a solid look. How things have changed. I am on twitter as MtFlyer.

Good work Jim, and guys----super Spits. (of course) and good looking site.

All seems incredibly esoteric to me---the site I mean, green with envy at all this easy ability with wretched computer stuff......

Cheers,

Dave (rotary)

Rob: Looking good

Already registered on your MSW site but good luck with this exttra facility.

By the way, haven't put my email in 'cause I don't want it posted where I can get spammed! So that could be something you might take into acount as a suggestion.

Will be looking in again with a view to registering.

Best regards, Rob
